On November 26, 2024, Babak Hajhosseini, the creator of the Wound and Burn Centers of America, was taken into custody. Three days later, he was released on bail, but on December 23, the office of the Los Angeles District Attorney filed several serious charges against him.
One count of oral copulation by anesthesia or controlled substance, three counts of oral copulation of an unconscious or asleep person, one count of sodomy of an unconscious or asleep person, two counts of rape by drug usage, and one count of rape of an unconscious or sleepy person are among them.
