According to Mercer County Department of Corrections records, Kevin NMN Castrogonzalez, who goes by several aliases, including Kevin Castro-Gonzalez and Kevin Gonzalez, was taken into jail on Sunday. Castrogonzalez’s commitment, according to officials, comes after an alleged incident on November 30.
According to court documents, Castrogonzalez is charged with making dangerous threats in violation of New Jersey statute 2C:12-3A. It was not immediately clear what the alleged threats were about or who they were aimed at.
At a court hearing on Sunday, Judge Thomas Keywood ruled that Castrogonzalez must be detained without bail. There is presently no anticipated release date for the case, which is still pending.
