Carjacking ends in crash and arrests as Baltimore police detain multiple teens.

BALTIMORE, MD — Two 15-year-old boys were arrested Thursday evening after a violent carjacking in Northwest Baltimore led to a crash and a police pursuit involving multiple juveniles.
