Coachman Park Preview Tour Video
The work on Coachman Park nears its completion date and the City of Clearwater has been hosting preview tours, which adds to the excitement.
The $84 million park, located on downtown Clearwater’s waterfront boasts a $21 million amphitheater — complete with a canopy over 4,000 seats and a $1 million underground storm surge wall to protect it — expansive lawns, upper and lower gateway plazas, Bay Walk and other pathways, shade structures, lake, water feature, mural walls, gas-powered torchieres, play area and splash pad.
Cat Corcoran, Senior Landscape Architect for the City of Clearwater serves as the guide in this 45-minute tour and explains all the major features of this unique park.
