Up to 4 inches of snow are predicted in Boulder, Denver, and Castle Rock during the duration of the Winter Weather Advisory, which is in place until 8 a.m.
The National Weather Service reports that the southern and western suburbs, especially those over the Palmer Divide, are receiving the most snowfall.Commuters should anticipate delays on Friday mornings due to the slippery roads.Slow down and give yourself more time to travel, drivers are advised.

Friday: The snow melts by morning, reaching a high of 39 degrees Fahrenheit. It will clear overnight with a low of about 20 degrees Fahrenheit.
Saturday: Sunny but cool, with highs of 53°F and winds of up to 6 mph from the southwest.
Sunday: sunny and warmer, with a high of around 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
Monday: 66 degrees Fahrenheit, bright, and still warming.
