Washington, DC Jaibreon Smith, 17, is being sought by police after he was last seen in the 1600 block of 22nd Street SE on Monday, December 30, at around 12:30 p.m.
Police describe Jaibreon Smith as a Black woman with a light complexion who weighs 210 pounds and is 5 6 tall. She was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt over a black shirt, black leggings, and black slippers. She has brown eyes and black hair.
