His early success paved the way for high-profile roles, including serving on the Governor’s Task Force, Sussex County Drug Unit, and Criminal Investigative Unit.
Promotions followed swiftly, with Crotty achieving the rank of Sergeant in 2007 and Lieutenant in 2009. By 2010, he was assigned as Deputy Director of the Delaware Information and Analysis Center (DIAC), a crucial role that allowed him to expand his experience in strategic crime analysis.
