Delaware State Police investigate fatal motorcycle crash in Camden

CAMDEN, DELAMAR.A 64-year-old man from Camden, Wyoming, died in a motorcycle accident that happened Tuesday night in Camden, and Delaware State Police are looking into the incident.

The collision occurred on June 17 at around 7:43 p.m. Investigators claim that a Harley Davidson FLH was heading east on Westville Road close to Big Ditch Road when it lost control of a bend and veered off the south side of the road.

The driver was ejected as the motorcycle plunged into a ditch. Emergency personnel declared him deceased at the site.

The victim’s name has not yet been made public by the police since they need to notify their next of kin.

Throughout the investigation and cleanup of the incident, the road was blocked for a number of hours.
