Double shooting in Baltimore sends two men to the hospital




Baltimore, Maryland Following a shooting in Baltimore’s Western District on Thursday night, police reported that two males were hospitalized with gunshot wounds.

At around 9:43 p.m., officers responded to a ShotSpotter alarm in the 1600 block of McCulloh Street. In the 400 block of Wilson Street, officers discovered a 51-year-old man who had been shot during their canvass. In the 1700 block of Druid Hill Avenue, a 34-year-old male who had been shot was found as the second victim.

To receive medical attention for their wounds, both victims were sent to a neighboring hospital. According to preliminary findings, the incident took place on the 400 block of Wilson Street.

Detectives from the Western District Shooting have taken over the case and are investigating the attack’s circumstances.
