Washington, D.C.A 36-year-old man was killed in a high-speed crash on Southern Avenue in Southeast Washington late Monday night, and the driver of a stolen car fled the scene on foot.

The identity of the Jeep’s driver is still being investigated after they fled the scene on foot. To find the suspect, police are asking the public for help.
