Fast Play jackpot ticket sold in Camden County

TRENTON, N.J. — A Fast Play ticket purchased at a Wegmans in Cherry Hill brought a Camden County player a $5,000 win this week. The ticket, part of the Jersey Jackpot game, won 50% of the progressive jackpot on Wednesday, October 30.

The winning ticket was sold at Wegmans Food Markets #10, located at 2100 Route 70 West in Cherry Hill, according to the New Jersey Lottery. The $5,000 prize marks a successful play in the Fast Play series, which offers instant win opportunities at any lottery retailer.

Fast Play Progressive tickets allow players to see immediately if they’ve won a prize without waiting for a drawing. In this case, the player claimed half of the jackpot from the $5 Jersey Jackpot game, a popular option in the Fast Play lineup.

Officials noted that the remaining progressive jackpot continues to grow with each ticket sold until the next winner claims the top prize. The New Jersey Lottery urges all players to check their tickets carefully.

The identity of the winning player has not yet been disclosed.
