Female Jogger Found Dead Along Roadside in South Jersey


MILLVILLE, N.J. — A 36-year-old woman was found dead early Saturday morning in a Millville park with multiple gunshot wounds, prompting an active investigation by local and county authorities.

Officers from the Millville Police Department responded to Waltman City Park at approximately 5:12 a.m. after a jogger reported finding an unconscious woman on the ground with visible head injuries. Upon arrival, police identified the victim as Teaoshia Still, a resident of Church Street in Millville. Still was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to authorities, Still had sustained several gunshot wounds. No arrests have been made, and investigators have not disclosed any potential motives or suspects.


The Millville Police Department is working in collaboration with the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office on the case. Detective E. Santiago of the Millville Police Department and Detective W. Parker of the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office have been assigned to lead the investigation.

Officials are urging anyone with information related to the incident to contact the Millville Police Department as the investigation remains ongoing.
