Cherry Hill, New Jersey. The Cherry Hill Fire Department reports that late Saturday night, firefighters put out a fire that had spread across multiple apartments at the Tavistock Condominiums.
Earlier in the evening, crews were sent to the condominium complex’s 240 Building, where they discovered a fully engaged fire affecting several apartments. No injuries have been recorded, and the authorities affirmed that every occupant was securely accounted for.
In an update, the Cherry Hill Fire Department stated that the fire was declared under control at around 11:13 p.m. Firefighters stayed on the scene to evaluate the damage and put out any leftover fire spots.
The cause of the fire has not yet been established by authorities, and an inquiry is anticipated. The number of units impacted and the amount of the damage were not disclosed by the department.
