Ross’s daring attempts to win the cop over were first rejected and then ridiculed during the strange meeting, which was captured on a police officer’s bodycam. The incident happened in November when Ross was stopped for driving too fast in Sarasota. She raced over curbs and stopped at green lights, according to the police, alerting them to the problem.
