by CHESAPEAKE, VA — A gunshot involving two automobiles on S. Military Highway on Saturday afternoon has left one person critically injured. Police are looking into the incident.
At at 4:40 p.m., Chesapeake Police were called to the 1700 block of S. Military Highway in response to reports of gunshots between cars. Officers found one person seriously injured upon arrival.
For medical attention, the victim was sent to a nearby hospital. There have been no reports of any changes to their condition.
Police continue their investigation while requesting public assistance.
Neither the motivation nor the identity of any suspects have been revealed by the authorities. Investigations into the incident are still ongoing.
