Come out and help celebrate our community’s many heritages in a cultural experience on Sunday, October 15, from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. at Crest Lake Park at the Hispanic Heritage Cultural Celebration!
Now in its fourth year, this event focuses on families with children – especially those with elementary children and teenagers – with a goal to inspire children and create a legacy for generations to come.
This year, all five Clearwater city councilmembers have RSVP’ed, as well as the council of Mexico.
Many of the world’s 20 Hispanic countries will be represented at this celebration with fun things to do, Music y Latin, folklore performances and Latin cuisine.
Items for sale include artisan crafts, jewelry, pottery, plants, honey, handmade soaps and candles, Hispanic products, candies, guacamole, baked goods, ceramics, tacos and tamales.

There will also be one-hour workshops taking place such as How to Grow Your Own Garden, How to Start Your Own Business, Managing Stress, Relieving Depression, and other programs for single mothers.
