In addition, Rivera faces grand theft and armed robbery charges for allegedly stealing the Taser. After Rivera allegedly uttered a nasty term against the cop, a hate crime enhancement was applied.
Sheriff Mike Chitwood didn t hold back in his criticism of the parents actions.
