ADELPHI, M.D.Prince George’s County Police say a 23-year-old Hyattsville man died early Sunday morning after colliding with a power pole on New Hampshire Avenue.
The crash happened about 3:40 a.m. close to Metzerott Road, and Olvin Canan Agustin was declared dead at the spot.
According to the police, the car was heading north on New Hampshire Avenue when it veered off the road and collided with the pole. The cause of the collision is still being looked into.
The case is being handled by the Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit of the Prince George’s County Police Department.
