Mark Butler stopped a fugitive who was driving carelessly on the wrong side of the road. His actions saved other drivers from what could have been a catastrophic accident. A Split-Second Decision Saves Lives
A woman attempted to cash a fictitious cheque at a College Station bank, sparking the commotion. She fled the scene in a Jeep Wrangler when confronted by authorities, starting a risky high-speed pursuit. As the suspect drove south in the northbound lanes of Highway 6, the chase reached a terrible conclusion.
