The 54-year-old Marco Antonio Rodriguez-Perez was arrested on Wednesday and is charged with burglary and theft by unauthorized taking under New Jersey law. According to court documents, the charges include two counts of theft by unlawful taking under N.J.S.A. 2C:20-3 and three counts of burglary under N.J.S.A. 2C:18-2A(1), involving both moveable and immovable property.
Rodriguez-Perez is being held without bail in connection with the still-open case number w20240000671530. He faces detainers from the Wall Township Municipal Court and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in addition to the criminal charges.
