Toledo, OhioAn newborn was ejected from the car following a police pursuit of a suspect and two kids in Bryan, Ohio, on Sunday night, which took a disastrous turn. After officers discovered that Zachary Chervenka, 32, of Butler, Indiana, was at a nearby Walmart and had an outstanding arrest warrant, the pursuit started. Police tried to contact Chervenka, but they did not disclose the allegations associated with the warrant. He fled the area with two youngsters in the car as police drew closer.
The baby was thrown from the speeding car at some point during the high-speed pursuit. Officers did not see the ejection, but it became evident how bad the situation was. Thankfully, both kids were eventually found.
Police Terminate Pursuit Amid Hazards
Because of the terrible weather and the vehicle’s high speed, the officers decided that the pursuit was becoming too risky and decided to end it. Both youngsters were found once the pursuit was over.
The baby was sent right away to Toledo Hospital, where their health was described as fair. They were also discovered safely, however authorities did not provide any other information regarding the second youngster.
Authorities Search for Chervenka
Zachary Chervenka is still at large as of right now. He is characterized as a white man with brown eyes, short hair, and a height of five feet six inches. Authorities are asking anyone with information to come forward as they continue their hunt for him. Additionally, they are requesting anonymous information about his whereabouts.
