After more than a dozen women came forward to accuse him of infecting them with a sexually transmitted illness, a caretaker in Texas is going to prison for urinating into water bottles and rinsing his private parts in them while working in doctor’s offices.
According to a local news outlet, Lucio Diaz, 50, pleaded guilty on Wednesday to one of his alleged urine attacks on a lady he worked with at an office in the Houston region in 2022 and was given a six-year prison sentence.
Diaz contaminated an office water dispenser and water bottles that the 54-year-old victim brought home from work, causing her to catch the Herpes Simplex 1 Virus, according to KPRC.
She discussed the incident with the local news outlet in October 2022, claiming that police had used urine to verify Diaz’s involvement in the repulsive actions and that he had also been seen on hidden camera.
As she described what was captured on camera, the unnamed woman stated, “This individual is a sick man.”
The woman claimed that Diaz ‘[Diaz] pulls out his penis and puts his penis in my bottle, basically rinses his penis in the water. I learned I acquired (a sexually transmitted disease) for which he also tested positive for.”
Due to the fact that his bodily fluids included an incurable sexually transmitted disease, Diaz was charged with both indecent assault and aggravated assault with a dangerous weapon.
The victim and others came forward to report smelling pee on their personal bottles and in their water, which led to the discovery of his actions.
“He gave me an STD I will have for the rest of my life,” according to the victim. “Nothing is going to change it. Nothing will make it better for me. In fact, I feel like, for the rest of my life, I will have to be careful.”
According to reports, at least 13 women have come forward in the last three years, accusing Diaz of infecting them with hepatitis A and herpes.

Four of these women joined forces to bring a lawsuit against Diaz and one of the office buildings where he worked in 2022.
According to reports, women have come forward from at least two different offices in the Houston region. According to reports, one of the building’s owners, the management firm, the maintenance business, and the cleaning company Diaz worked for were all implicated in the civil claim.
It’s unknown how the lawsuit is progressing as of March 2025.
