Life-changing lottery ticket sold at Toledo store

TOLEDO, OH

— One lucky ticket holder in Toledo has won a $25,000-a-year-for-life prize in the Ohio Lottery’s Lucky for Life drawing, according to officials.

The winning ticket was sold at Eastgate Carryout, located at 1853 Eastgate Road. The customer matched all five numbers—3, 7, 17, 29, and 46—but did not match the Lucky Ball, which was 15. This combination earned the game’s second-tier prize.

As of Tuesday, the prize remains unclaimed. The winner has 180 days from the June 10 drawing to come forward.

Eastgate Carryout will receive a $2,500 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

The Ohio Lottery reports that it has contributed more than $33 billion to education across the state since its founding in 1974.
