The winning ticket was purchased by Vanessa C. at Windsor’s Bloom’s Discount Liquor. The progressive prize pool in the Stacks of Ca$h game grows with each ticket sold throughout the state until it is won.
The Connecticut Lottery’s instant-style draw series includes the $5 FAST PLAY game, which gives players the opportunity to win big rewards without having to wait for a drawing. Winnings are decided at the moment of purchase, and tickets are printed with randomly generated numbers and symbols.
Neither the winner’s plans nor if the entire jackpot was the highest reward at the time were disclosed by the Connecticut Lottery as of Tuesday.
