The fatalities were identified as Guttenberg residents Ricardo Bory, 58, and Justo Bory, 87. Lamont Cole, 40, of East Orange, was arrested by officers upon arrival on suspicion of tampering with the investigation.
On Monday, December 2, the Regional Medical Examiner’s Office revealed the results of autopsies, showing that Justo Bory died from neck compression, which is a homicide. As a result, on Tuesday, December 3, Cole was officially charged with murder at the Hudson County Correctional Facility. The reason of death of Ricardo Bory is still being investigated.
