Man fatally shot on Hamlin Avenue in Baltimore




BALTIMORE—The most recent homicide being investigated in the city was the shooting death of an MDA man on Saturday night in the 5500 block of Hamlin Avenue.

After receiving reports of shooting, officers arrived at the area at around 8:15 p.m. and discovered an unnamed guy with gunshot wounds. The victim was taken by emergency personnel to a local hospital, where he was declared deceased not long after arriving.

Although the circumstances of the incident are yet unknown, homicide detectives have taken over the case. Authorities are working to notify the victim’s next of kin, thus the victim’s identity has not yet been made public.
