Man fatally stabbed in D.C.

Washington, D.C. A 36-year-old man was fatally stabbed Monday afternoon in the center of Dupont Circle, and authorities are looking into the incident.

On December 30, at around 3:58 p.m., U.S. Park Police and Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to reports of a stabbing at Dupont Circle, Northwest. They discovered a stab wound and an unconscious adult guy, later identified as Dominique Ratiff of Southeast.

When lifesaving measures failed, DC Fire and EMS took Ratiff to a neighboring hospital, where he was declared dead. Information regarding a suspect or potential motivation has not been made public by the police.
