Man Found Fatally Shot in North Hollywood Wash, Investigation Underway

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA: A man was discovered dead in a North Hollywood wash on Monday morning, prompting authorities to begin an investigation into a fatal gunshot.

On January 6, 2025, at about 9:30 a.m., officers from the LAPD’s North Hollywood Division responded to a call regarding a death investigation in the 11400 block of Magnolia Boulevard.

Officers found a Hispanic man, thought to be in his 35s or 40s, with a gunshot wound when they arrived. The individual was declared deceased at the scene by rescuers from the Los Angeles Fire Department.

No suspects have been found, and the victim’s identity has not been verified.
