Maryland man wins $125,000 with three lottery Pick 5 tickets

Randallstown, Maryland. A retired Randallstown factory worker won three winning tickets and a total of $125,000 in the Maryland Lottery Pick 5 drawing on the evening of December 2.

While looking up numbers on the Maryland Lottery app, the Baltimore County resident became aware of his fortune. I thought, “Wow!” When he saw his tickets precisely matched the winning numbers, he declared, “I actually won it.”

With two $1 straight bets and a $.50 straight wager, the fortunate player won $25,000 and two $50,000 prizes. He disclosed that he plays frequently but raises his wagers on Mondays and Fridays, and that his winning numbers were selected based on a relative’s birthday.

The victor intends to pay for personal costs and support family members with his reward money. He responded, “I’m going to help my kids and grandkids and use the rest to pay off my car.”

Liberty Wine & Spirits, located on Brenbrook Drive in Baltimore County, sold the winning tickets and received a $1,250 bonus for doing so.

A regular lottery play was transformed into a $125,000 victory by a Randallstown man’s birthday-inspired wager.
