Several law enforcement agencies are collaborating in the endeavor. The police departments from Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Howard, Montgomery, Prince George’s Counties, Baltimore City, and the Maryland Transportation Authority Police are among the participating agencies.

The goal of the Maryland Department of State Police is to lessen the negative effects of these dangerous incidents on local communities and public safety.
