Woodbridge, Virginia.After attacking a police officer at Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center, a guy from North Carolina was taken into custody early on Thursday morning, according to the police.
Officers were on the scene of the incident at the hospital on Opitz Boulevard in Woodbridge on November 21 at around 3:42 a.m. Jesse Alan Kister, 42, of Fuquay Varina, North Carolina, allegedly approached and attacked an officer.
As soon as possible, more officers stepped in and Kister was taken into custody without incident. There were no reported injuries from the attack.
Kister is being jailed without bond after being accused with assault and violence against a law enforcement official. December 18, 2024, has been designated as the court date.
