Northern Illinois Fundraiser Surpasses $17K to Aid Family Hours After Deadly House Fire

Diamond, IL – Following a tragic house fire that claimed two lives and left a Diamond family without a home, community members have rallied to raise over $17,000 for the Tabler family. The devastating fire occurred on Sunday at their residence on Crystal Lane, causing more than $300,000 in damages and leaving the home uninhabitable.

Kelly Nicolosi, a family friend, organized the GoFundMe campaign, initially aiming to raise $10,000. Donations quickly surpassed that goal, with 227 contributors supporting the family as of today. Funds raised will help cover medical bills for surviving family members, funeral costs, and other immediate needs as the Tabler family begins to rebuild their lives.

The Tabler family lost everything in the blaze, and they now face a significant financial burden during an already difficult time. The local community continues to share the GoFundMe page widely, hoping to ease the family’s hardships.

Community members who wish to support the Tabler family are encouraged to donate or share the fundraiser link to reach a wider audience. Every contribution helps as they work to recover from this unimaginable loss.
