NYPD seeks suspects in robbery of teenager aboard Bronx subway train


NEW YORK — Police are searching for four individuals involved in the robbery of a 17-year-old male on a northbound 2 train in the Bronx on Monday evening.

The incident occurred on Nov. 4 at approximately 8:30 p.m., when the victim was approached by four unidentified suspects while seated on the train, according to police reports. The individuals forcefully took the teenager’s iPhone, Apple Watch, and sweatshirt before fleeing the scene on foot in an unknown direction.

The victim was not physically injured in the incident, authorities said.


The NYPD is investigating and has asked for the public’s help in identifying the suspects. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the police.
