Additionally, the law empowers businesses that already possess temporary expansion permits issued by the New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) to become permanent, renewable operations. Annual renewals will be supervised by local authorities, who will make sure that all municipal rules are followed.
