New York’s Howard Beach. The New York Lottery reports that a top-prize winning TAKE 5 ticket valued at $29,543 was sold in Howard Beach for the evening drawing on June 23.
At Beyond RX, 8239 153rd Avenue, the ticket was bought. In the TAKE 5 game’s evening drawing on Monday, it was the lone top-prize ticket drawn.
Numbers are chosen from a field of one to 39 for the TAKE 5 drawings, which are done twice a day at 2:30 and 10:30 p.m. After the draw date, winners have up to a year to redeem their prizes.
The ticket holder has not yet come forward to the public, and the New York Lottery has not disclosed any information about them.
Throughout the state, the game continues to produce frequent winners, including several five-figure prizes per week.
