Prayer for Overcoming Anxiety and Stress

Good morning, friend. Let’s come together in prayer today, focusing on releasing our worries and finding peace in God’s presence. If you’re carrying any anxiety or stress, this prayer is for you. Let’s lift it all up to our Father.

Heavenly Father, we come to You this morning with open hearts, seeking Your comfort and guidance. We ask You, Lord, to lift the weight of anxiety from our shoulders. Calm our minds and settle our spirits, filling us with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

Lord, remind us that You are with us in every moment. You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble. When we feel overwhelmed, remind us that You hold us in Your hands, and You will never let us go.

Jesus, You said, “Do not let your hearts be troubled,” and we hold on to Your words today. Help us release any thoughts that bring fear, doubt, or stress. Replace them with Your promises of love, hope, and peace. Guide us through this day with a calm mind, a joyful heart, and a spirit full of trust in You.

May we be reminded that You have a purpose for us, and even when the path is difficult, You walk it with us. Thank You, Lord, for Your endless love and for the peace You pour over us. We trust You, and we surrender all our anxieties to You, knowing that You are faithful.

In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen.
