Scratch-off win nets Atlantic County player half a million

TRENTON, N.J.

— A player from Atlantic County has claimed the final top prize in the $500,000 Power10X scratch-off game, closing out a strong week for New Jersey Lottery winners, officials announced Tuesday.

The $10 ticket delivered its third and final $500,000 top payout on May 22. The winner’s identity has not yet been disclosed, and lottery officials did not reveal where the winning ticket was sold.

Just one day later, another player from Essex County claimed a $250,000 top prize in the Crossword scratch-off game. That ticket, also priced at $10, was sold at Lukoil North America located at 335 McCarter Highway in Newark.

Several other top prizes were also claimed last week across various counties in the state.

Two $50,000 Jumbo Bucks top prizes were claimed — one on May 19 at Kalibat’s Smoke Shop in Newark, and another on May 22 at Friendly Foodmart in Blackwood, Camden County. The $10 game still has 40 top prizes remaining, according to the New Jersey Lottery.

Three players also hit the $20,000 top prize in the $20,000 Loaded scratch-off game. Those tickets were sold in Bergen, Camden, and Passaic counties between May 18 and May 25. That game currently has 62 top prizes remaining.

The New Jersey Lottery encourages players to check all tickets and to play responsibly.
