Washington According to police, a 27-year-old male has been taken into custody in relation to several robberies that targeted 7-11 locations in Northwest Washington, D.C.
Northeast D.C. resident Kevon Holston was arrested on Tuesday and accused of robbery of an establishment. Holston allegedly stole goods four times between late November and late December, according to the police.
He is accused of stealing $120 and $150 worth of products on November 27 and November 30, respectively, in the 1600 block of 7th Street Northwest. Holston is charged with stealing $15 from a 7-11 in the 500 block of K Street Northwest and $70 worth of merchandise from the same establishment on December 28.
In addition to stressing its dedication to stopping robberies at vital local establishments, the Metropolitan Police Department asked citizens to report any ongoing instances by dialing 911 instead of stepping in to stop them.
