Watson is described as a Hispanic woman who weighs 120 pounds, is 5 feet tall, has a pale complexion, and a slim build. Her hair is dark, and her eyes are brown. According to the police, she was last saw sporting dark blue pants, black Crocs, a gray hooded sweatshirt, and a black jacket.
