Teen wounded in alley shooting caught on camera near Capitol Hill




Washington, D.C. Police revealed security footage of the suspects after a 15-year-old kid was shot in an alley behind an apartment complex on East Capitol Street Southeast on Friday morning, sparking an urgent investigation.
