Thieves steal ATM using stolen skid steer in Toledo heist

Toledo, OhioAn ATM was torn from its base using pilfered construction equipment at the Toledo Urban Federal Credit Union on Monroe Street, and police are looking for the public’s assistance in identifying the offenders.
