Tiffany Nelson has been charged by the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office with criminal mischief and resisting arrest as part of the ongoing investigation.

According to court documents obtained by FOX 2, it is alleged that Nelson trespassed on the homeowner’s property on multiple occasions. On one occasion, when confronted by the homeowner to leave, Nelson even attempted to assert ownership of the home.

Based on court documents, Nelson was initially discovered swimming in the victim’s pool on August 2nd and was instructed to leave, which she seemingly obeyed. Later, on September 3rd, the victim discovered Nelson in her garage and demanded that she depart.

According to reports, Nelson engaged in a heated argument with the homeowner, insisting that the residence belonged to her. Eventually, the homeowner decided to contact the authorities.

When the police arrived at the scene, Nelson chose to disregard the officer’s commands and forcefully pulled her wrist away. According to court documents, she also attempted to push an officer away while insisting that she was the rightful owner of the house.
