Vehicle Discovered in Lake Michigan
The last sighting of Neumann, a City of Manitowoc citizen, was on November 18. The Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office found his 2019 Toyota 4Runner SUV in shallow water close to the Village of Cleveland, which is situated along the Lake Michigan shoreline, the next day.
The car was discovered uninhabited but in drive. According to authorities, Neumann wasn’t in his house when it was inspected. The facts surrounding his SUV’s discovery and his disappearance are still being investigated.
