JACKSON, N.J.—According to local authorities, Whitesville Road will be closed every day beginning Monday as construction workers work on the road.
On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, November 25–27, the route will be blocked to all traffic, with the exception of emergency vehicles, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. At the conclusion of each day, the road will reopen.
To give workers time to finish the project, Whitesville Road is anticipated to close permanently starting on Monday, December 2. According to officials, all cars, including emergency responders, will be completely unable to use the road at that point.
During the restrictions, drivers, staff, and first responders have been advised to arrange other routes.
There have been no additional details on when the route will reopen.
