Wilkes-Barre woman arrested for alleged assault in domestic dispute




Pa. Wilkes-Barre. According to police, a domestic altercation that resulted in an alleged assault on South Franklin Street led to the arrest of a 35-year-old Wilkes-Barre woman on Sunday.

At 11:42 a.m., Wilkes-Barre City Police Department officers received a complaint of a domestic dispute at a home. The 41-year-old male victim told investigators that the conflict started as a verbal quarrel when they arrived.

When he ordered the woman, identified as Juana Rincon Rincon, to leave the house, the victim informed the police that things became heated. The victim claims that Rincon Rincon then attacked him violently.

At the scene, Rincon Rincon was taken into custody by the police. For processing, she was sent to City Headquarters.
