Woman Arrested for Allegedly Drowning Dog in Orlando Airport Bathroom Before Boarding Flight

A Florida lady was taken into custody after it was reported to the authorities that she had drowned her dog in the lavatory of an Orlando airport in order to get on an aircraft.

When the event occurred at Orlando International Airport towards the end of the previous year, Alison Lawrence, 57, was taken into custody on Tuesday.

According to an arrest affidavit, Lawrence had arrived at the airport on December 16 for a trip with her dog, Tywinn. The affidavit was received from the Orlando Police Department.

It was captured on surveillance cameras at the airport when Lawrence arrived with the dog, which was described as a small schnauzer that was nine years old.

As a result of the fact that Lawrence did not possess the appropriate documentation to allow the dog to board the aircraft, she was informed that she would not be permitted to travel with Tywinn.

According to the affidavit, Lawrence made her way to an airport lavatory at that time. While she was there, a worker noticed that she was seated on the floor of a stall, cleaning up a significant amount of food and water.

The affidavit stated that the employee left and then returned to retrieve a trash bag, and that inside the bag was the body of the dog as well as its accessories, which included a collar that had a dog tag attached to it.
