Woman charged with assaulting cops in Ocean County




New Jersey’s Ocean County. After being charged with several crimes, including aggravated assault on law enforcement and obstruction of justice, Lisa Marie Dulany was placed under arrest in the Ocean County jail on Monday.

According to court documents, Dulany, 27, is charged in connection with two different case numbers. The accusations include one case of obstruction of the administration of law under 2C:29-1A, two counts of aggravated assault against law enforcement officers under 2C:12-1B(5)(A), and one count of violently resisting arrest under 2C:29-2A(1). She is also accused of criminal mischief in connection with tampering, which is against 2C:17-3A(2).

All of Dulany’s charges are categorized as indictable offenses; the aggravated assault charge is a third-degree crime, while the other charges fall between the third and fourth degrees.
