by New York’s Bronx.The NYPD reports that a 40-year-old woman died after being stabbed inside a Bronx residential building on Saturday night.
At at 8:35 p.m., police received a 911 call of a stabbing at 667 East 232nd Street in the 47th Precinct. Officers discovered the woman with stab wounds to her right arm and torso.
The victim was taken to Montefiore Hospital by emergency medical services, where she was later declared deceased.
Detectives are searching for suspects, but no arrests have been made.
The victim’s name has not been made public by the authorities until her family has been notified. Police have not found a suspect or motive for the attack, and no one has been taken into custody.
