45-Year-Old Man Stabbed in Violent Bronx Subway Confrontation New York Police Department

A 45-year-old man was stabbed during a confrontation early Tuesday at a Bronx subway station.

A man was stabbed in the chest shortly before 3 a.m. during a heated altercation on the platform at the 138th Street-Grand Concourse Nos. 4 and 5 subway station in Mott Haven, according to the New York Police Department.

Authorities reported that he was taken to Lincoln Medical Center, where he is listed in stable condition.

Authorities cordoned off the area for investigation following the incident.

No arrests have occurred.
