MANASSAS, Virginia.According to police, a 25-year-old motorcyclist was murdered Wednesday afternoon when he collided with an SUV on Centreville Road close to Breeden Avenue.
Around 3:41 p.m., the driver of a 2019 Jeep Cherokee heading south tried to make a left turn across the northbound lanes of Centreville Road, resulting in the collision. The rider of a 2024 Suzuki motorcycle separated from the Jeep after the two vehicles collided.
At the scene, the biker, Nicholas Blaze Damon of Fairfax, was declared dead. The 44-year-old Woodbridge woman who was driving the Jeep Cherokee was treated on the spot for minor injuries.
The Crash Investigation Unit of the Prince William County Police Department arrived to the scene and is still looking for witnesses to help with their investigation.
